How Our Repair Process Works
What to expect from first contact through completed repairs.
Step 1: Send Photos
Most interior repair projects can be evaluated from photos. This lets us understand the scope before scheduling anything and avoids unnecessary back-and-forth.
When you reach out, you’ll be asked for:
Photos of the area needing repair
One wider shot showing the surrounding space
A brief note on what caused the issue (leak, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Property Address, and affected rooms
If it looks like a good fit, we’ll follow up with typical timing, next steps, and how pricing usually works.

Step 2: Review & Guidance
Once we review the photos, we’ll let you know whether it’s something we can help with and what’s typically involved.
At this stage, we’ll confirm:
Whether the scope is clear from photos
Typical timeline for this type of repair
What factors usually affect cost
Whether it makes sense to move forward
If anything is unclear, we’ll let you know what additional information is needed before scheduling.
Step 3: Site Protection & Prep
Before any repair work begins, we take steps to protect the surrounding space and limit dust and disruption.
This typically includes:
Covering floors, furniture, and nearby surfaces
Setting up “Dust Walls” to keep your house clean
Isolating the work area when needed
Setting up clean access in and out of the space
Our goal is to complete the repair without turning the rest of your home into a work zone.

Step 4: Repair & Finish
Once the area is protected, we complete the repair using durable materials and methods designed to hold up over time.
This typically involves:
Addressing any underlying support or fastening issues
Repairing or replacing damaged surfaces as needed
Building the area back up in stages for strength and consistency
Blending the repair so it matches the surrounding space
The goal is a finished result that looks intentional and doesn’t draw attention once the work is complete.
Most interior repair work falls within a predictable range once the scope is clear.
Wall and ceiling repairs typically range from $350–$2,000
Larger repairs, such as full basement flood repairs or whole-room patching and finish prep, typically range from $2,500–$5,000
Most projects are completed within 1–2 days, while larger repair scopes may take 1–2 weeks, depending on conditions and sequencing.
Final pricing depends on access, site conditions, materials, extent of damage, and finish requirements.
Photos and location allow us to confirm scope quickly and let you know next steps before scheduling.

When This Process Is a Good Fit
This process works best when:
The repair scope is visible or can be shown in photos
Work follows plumbing, electrical, or water-related damage
The goal is a clean, finished result — not a temporary patch
Access to the space is clear and scheduling is flexible
If you’re unsure, photos are usually enough for us to take a first look and let you know next steps.
