How Our Repair Process Works

What to expect before scheduling any work

Most interior repairs can be priced accurately from photos.

Below is how we review them and confirm pricing before scheduling.

How We Start

We begin with photos so we can understand the repair and confirm pricing without guessing or unnecessary site visits

If photos aren’t enough to price something accurately, we’ll explain what’s needed before moving forward.

Send Photos

We’ll ask for:
• A close-up of the damaged area
• One wider photo showing the surrounding space
• A short note on what caused the issue

That’s usually enough to get started.

Dustless Protection Comes First

We protect your home before work begins.

Every job includes sealed plastic containment to keep dust off floors, furniture, and adjacent rooms. Not basic drop cloths.

We will even mask over HVAC vents so dust doesn’t circulate throughout your home

TYPICAL TIME & COST

Most interior repair work falls within a predictable range once the details are clear.

  • Wall and ceiling repairs: typically $550–$2,000

  • Larger repairs (basements, whole rooms, flood damage): typically $2,500–$5,000

Many projects are completed in 1–2 days.

Larger repair scopes may take 1–2 weeks, depending on conditions and sequencing.

Photos help us confirm pricing accurately and avoid surprises.

We’ll confirm pricing, or clearly explain what’s needed next. Before anything is scheduled.
